Are you ready to go beyond the mind? Somatic (body-based) interventions explore the connection between the mind, brain, and body via the ANS (autonomic nervous system). These interventions, paired with narrative and values exploration are designed to calm the nervous system, process emotion, integrate trauma, and rewire the neural pathways which creates more mental peace, emotional balance, and active awareness of your self and others.


HeartMath® Interventions

Are you ready to connect deeply with your body’s innate intelligence? HeartMath interventions are designed to heal the nervous system at the deepest levels using your breath and heart’s intelligence. This evidenced-based program teaches self-regulation tools to calm the nervous system, process and release emotions, and rewire anxiety-related patterns bringing the body into its’ natural, coherent alignment. This process is tracked and managed in real-time via biofeedback technology that tracks your heart rate variability (HRV).


The Regulation & Resiliency Reset
